Mr Willah J. Mudolo is the Group Chairman of the SPH Board. As the Chair, he oversees the performance of the Board, ensuring its effectiveness in all aspects of its role and sets a Board agenda, which is primarily focused on strategy, performance, value creation and accountability, ensuring that issues relevant to these areas are reserved for Board decision. Mr Mudolo provides, in conjunction with the Group President, that the Board determines the nature and extent of the material risks the company is willing to embrace in implementing its strategy. Mr Mudolo is a Co-Founder of A.D.F. Group and President of Global Operations, overseeing the rollout of A.D.F. Group projects globally. A seasoned entrepreneur, Mr Mudolo is known as a business startup specialist in emerging markets specializing in Project Development, Mining, Agriculture, Media, Energy and Petroleum, Real Estate, and Education. 

Mr Mudolo has extensive advisory experience in investment, private banking, and commercial banking industries. He has provided financial advisory services to Private Clients (high net worth individuals) and governments and has held senior executive positions with several construction groups, oil companies and consulting firms. 

Mr Mudolo has a wealth of experience and knowledge in private placement programs, I.P.O.s, microfinance institutions, risk management, audit, strategic management and accounting. Among other qualifications, Mr Mudolo holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Sustainability from the University of Cumbria, an M.B.A. from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University and a Master of Science in Finance & Accounting from The University of Salford, and he is currently studying an L.L.B. with the University of London.
