Dr Richard Ronoh is the Director of Research and Development at SPH, in charge of the company’s Innovation, Automation, Research and Development activities and client projects. Dr Ronoh is also the Founder and Chairman of Advanced Research and Business Consulting, a firm that specializes in applying advanced research, technology and analytical techniques to provide business solutions. Dr Ronoh has a highly successful background in increasing business and organization efficacy through management, innovation, automation, research and development.

Dr Ronoh is an experienced lecturer, having worked for the now Maasai Mara University. He has helped several successful companies in business modelling, business development, innovation, business and project reengineering and consulting for FINTECH solutions. Dr Ronoh possesses professional experience of over 25 years spanning across various disciplines, including but not limited to administration and management; financial services; business innovation, research and development; corporate relations; resource Management; extensive supply chain in business development; Directorship in reputable companies; academic research and publications. Dr Ronoh has also headed academic institutions. He is a member of the African Public Administration and Management Association and a trained M&E professional.

Dr Ronoh holds a doctoral degree in Educational Management, Administration and Policy (Moi University); a Master’s Degree in Educational Management and Policy Studies (Moi University); Bachelor’s Degree in Education Science and Double Mathematics (Egerton University).
